• Awareness:-AmongstHospital Staff.
• Maternal Safety:-Maternal Death Surveillane& Response.
  Partograph.
  WHO surgical safety check list.
• New born safety:- Orient all admit mothers on Personal Hygiene, Breast feeding , Nutrition& Safe child birth check list.
• Medication Safety:- Sensitise on look alike & sound alike medicine & high alert drugs. Take improvement action.
• Safety in ambulatory care:- Prescription audit- Irrational use of drugs & legiblity of hand writing . Improvement practices.etc
• Radiation safety:- AERB approval of X-ray/CT/MRI Availabilityof radiation safety equipment, LEDapron, Thyroid & Abdominal shield.
  Check TLD batches.
  Quick QC testing of X-R machines.
• Fire Safety:- Pledge for patient safety.
  Availability of fire extinguishers, sprinklers, alarms.
  Expiry date of extinguishers& conducting drills .
